After that, continue on to the area of the upper shoulder. After you have applied some massage oil to the affected region, create a fist with both of your hands. After that, bring your right hand up to your chest and cross your left arm over your right shoulder. Then, using your knuckles, make circular movements all the way along the upper section of your back, reaching as far as you can.
